This item was just installed. DID not plug and play as it was to fit my year bike? Harley tech had to call ken wood techs to get it to work and solder the wires. Being this was just installed to soon to see the true quality of the radio until a few miles and the weather to see how it holds up. Not really satisfied at this time with the false add to fit my bike sorta the reason I went with this radio. Time will tell now
